1.醫用縫合針針尖鈍化和針體韌性低，易折斷問題。預期目標實現縫合針針尖局部熱處理，制造出針尖鋒利且不易折斷的高質量醫用縫合針。
2.對于縫合針原材料鋼絲304材質，由于其硬度較大，傳統的鉆孔方法已無能為力，一般的激光加工則存在重鑄層、熱影響大、微孔帶有錐度等問題。預期目標采用激光新型加工工藝，實現縫合針末端高質量微孔加工技術。
