1.完善GaN的HEMT器件的設計和工藝流程,開發650V系列的GaN功率器件產品,開展65W小型電源適配器的原型產品的設計和組裝和調試。

3.完善相關的平臺建設,加強耗盡型HEMT的工藝開發,能夠小量生產4寸晶圓的GaN HEMT器,器件性能與國外同類產品相當;設計開發增強型的GaN HEMT器件,完成工藝流程的初步調試。完成65W以下小型電源適配器的批量化生產。

4.完成GaN的HEMT相關工藝技術的固化,產線可以批量生產耗盡型GaN的功率器件,完成整個技術或某項技術的量產轉化工作。完成增強型GaN功率器件的工藝流程。

5.除此之外,還將申請各項專利8項以上,發表文章3篇以上。

Expected Objectives:
